All USYSA Club Team and US Club Teams

U9-U10 (2017-2016 Birth Years)= $675
U11-U12 (2015-2014 Birth Years)= $750
U13-U14 (2013-2012 Birth Years)= $800

Additional Information:

• Teams will receive acceptance notification by August 1, 2025 & schedules will be posted no later than August 27, 2025

• Players may play on two different teams, provided ALL of the following requirements are met:

  • Teams are in two different age groups

  • The player is age-eligible for both age groups

  • The player is listed on the roster for both teams or on the guest player roster for their secondary team prior to check-in

• U-9 & U-10 will play 7V7. U-11 and U-12 will play 9V9, U-13 and up will play 11v.11.

• ​Game balls to be supplied by the designated home team.

• For teams travelling over 100 miles to our event, it is required they utilize our partner hotels listed on our website and all teams must go through our Housing Coordinator.

• The tournament committee reserves the right to combine any age group.

• Once a team is accepted and then withdraws, no refund of tournament fee will be made.

Sanctioned by the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association, an affiliate of USYSA.

Online Check-In Information:

Check in will be completed electronically via your team’s GotSoccer account. You should submit the required documents by uploading them into the same GotSoccer account you used to apply for the tournament. All required paperwork must be submitted by Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 11:00 pm. There will be no on site check in for this tournament.

1. Log in to your team Got Soccer account and click the Mockingbird Valley Premier Invitational

2. Click Documents tab and upload each of the required Documents. All required forms needed can be found below. 

   • Roster (validated by state association)

   • Travel Permit (required for all teams outside of KYSA)

   • Players, Guest Players, and Coaches Cards

3. Medical Releases - Teams are not required to upload their medical releases, but should have them on hand and accessible if they are needed. (Click Here to Download or you may bring your own)

Tournament Fields: Bullitt Fields

NO DOGS OR PETS, NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING/VAPING, NO WEAPONS, NO GRILLS, NO HORNS

• Please pick up after yourselves and ensure all trash makes it into the trash cans.

• Do not jump any of the fences (Estate or parking lot).

• No drop offs on Oxmoor Lane

• Park in designated areas only

• Tents on the player and spectator sides are allowed. Tents at the game fields should be removed immediately after your game. Teams may set up tents in the areas outside of the fields as a gathering space as long as they do not interfere with game play.

• We do not have permanent benches at the fields so we recommend bringing a bench for your team.

• We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all of the players and families.

*The club reserves the right to remove you from the private property if you violate any of our policies

There will be no carts available to give rides to and from the fields throughout the weekend.

All participants and visitors should be prepared to walk on their own.
