Lee Smith Memorial 4 v 4 Tournament

Coach Lee Smith was a staple in the Louisville soccer community for 15 years. One of his greatest attributes was giving all of his players the same opportunities on and off the field. This event is a great way to bring the soccer community together for a wonderful cause.
Who: Boys and Girls, age groups U9 thru U18
What: Lee Smith Memorial 4 vs 4 Tournament, guaranteed 3 games across three days, with a championship in each division.
Where: Mockingbird Valley Sports Complex, 3000 Mellwood Avenue, Louisville, KY 40207
When: December 28th (Between 8am-9pm) and December 29th (Between 8am-12pm)
Registrations Deadline: Dec.18th
How much? $250/team ($20 for each team registered will be given to the Smith family)
To reserve your spot in the tournament, all we need is a Coach or a Parent acting as a 'Team Representative' and sign their team(s) up using this registration page and complete payment.
We encourage you to come up with fun and quirky team names - which can be changed at any time up until the start of the tournament! So ask your kids for their input!
Team Representatives will be responsible for submitting a paper roster at their first game. Rosters may not have more than 8 players, ideally 6 for maximum playing time. Additionally, players may only be rostered and play on one team per age group.
Games will last 30 minutes, with 15 minute halves and a 2 minute halftime break.
