Eligibility
All USYS and US Club Teams

Age Divisions/Fees

U9-U10 = $750
U11-U12 = $825
U13-U14 = $875
U15-U16 = $900

Fee Information:

Teams are accepted on a rolling basis until the event reaches capacity. We strongly encourage early application, as events may sell out even before the deadline. Conditional acceptance may be provided, pending team housing arrangements through the event housing coordinator.

*Please note that failure to secure housing may result in team withdrawal from the event.

  • Fees listed above include sales tax.

  • All teams Must pay by credit card. The card on file will be charged upon acceptance to the tournament.

  • Clubs who are sending 5 or more teams to an event may contact Tessa Dunteman at [email protected] to inquire about a check payment option for the club.

  • A credit card processing fee will be applied to all applications using a credit card for payment.

  • A $17.50 GotSport software fee will be added to the final amount for both credit card and check payments.

Application Deadline - March 19, 2027 for Boys’ Weekend & March 26, 2027 for Girls’ Weekend.

Additional Information:

  • Teams will receive acceptance notification by March 24, 2027 for Boys’ Weekend and March 31, 2027 for Girls’ Weekend with schedules will be posted no later than April 7, 2027 for Boys’ Weekend and April 14, 2027 for Girls’ Weekend.

  • Dual Roster Players: Players may play for 2 teams in the event provided they are 1. From the same club, 2. Are listed on the roster for each team, 3. Meet the age group requirements for both teams, and 4. Have all paperwork and player passes uploaded into GotSport for both teams.

  • U-9 & U-10 will play 7V7. U-11 and U-12 will play 9V9, U-13 and up will play 11v.11.

  • ​Game balls to be supplied by the designated home team.

  • For teams travelling over 100 miles to our event, it is required they utilize our partner hotels listed on our website and all teams must go through our Housing Coordinator.

  • The tournament committee reserves the right to combine any age group.

  • Once a team is accepted and then withdraws, no refund of tournament fee will be made.

It is a tournament requirement that all teams utilize our partner hotels listed on our website and all teams must go through our Housing Coordinator.

Online Check-In Information:

Check in will be completed electronically via your team’s GotSoccer account. You should submit the required documents by uploading them into the same GotSoccer account you used to apply for the tournament. All required paperwork must be submitted by Sunday, April 11, 2027 at 11:00pm for Boys’ Weekend and Sunday, April 18, 2027 at 11:00pm for Girls’ Weekend.

There will be no on-site check in for this tournament.

  • Log in to your team Got Soccer account and click the Mockingbird Valley Premier Invitational

  • Click Documents tab and upload each of the required Documents. All required forms needed can be found below. 

    • Roster (validated by state association)

    • Travel Permit (required for all teams outside of KYSA)

    • Players, Guest Players, and Coaches Cards

  • Medical Releases - Teams are not required to upload their medical releases, but should have them on hand and accessible if they are needed. (Click Here to Download) or you may bring your own)

Tournament Fields: Bullitt Fields

Field Address: 720 Oxmoor Avenue, Louisville, KY 40222

NO DOGS OR PETS, NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING/VAPING, NO WEAPONS, NO GRILLS, NO HORNS

  • Please pick up after yourselves and ensure all trash makes it into the trash cans.

  • Do not jump any of the fences (Estate or parking lot).

  • No drop offs on Oxmoor Lane

  • Park in designated areas only

  • Tents on the player and spectator sides are allowed. Tents at the game fields should be removed immediately after your game. Teams may set up tents in the areas outside of the fields as a gathering space as long as they do not interfere with game play.

  • We do not have permanent benches at the fields so we recommend bringing a bench for your team.

  • We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all of the players and families.

*The club reserves the right to remove you from the private property if you violate any of our policies

There will be no carts available to give rides to and from the fields throughout the weekend.

All participants and visitors should be prepared to walk on their own.
